Hey there!
Who am I?
I’m a Turkish-American designer and illustrator based in the Greater Philadelphia area, passionate about creating inclusive, accessible, and awe-inspiring work that reminds us how beautiful life can be. I believe that sparking awe, leading with empathy, and embracing happenstance is key to creating memorable, human-centric designs. I find my flow state when working on challenges that encourage us to shift our understanding of the world and each other, and bring us to a brighter future.
Outside of work
In my free time, you can find me painting, gaming, weightlifting, or checking out the max limit of books at the local library. I’m also studying Japanese and Turkish, and enjoy looking at the world through different linguistic lenses.
What inspires me?
My greatest source of inspiration lately has been poetry, especially Rumi, Khalil Gibran’s Of Joy and Sorrow, and Mary Oliver.
